Three tiers under test for the first one hundred operators while we learn how operators want to be billed.

What every tier includes Sourced
Voice walk-through capture, rate-card pricing, on-porch e-signature, Apple Pay / card deposit capture, QuickBooks Online integration, homeowner proposal PDF, calendar hold delivery, and crew-share calendar. PitchPad does not charge per transaction, per quote, or per signature — the subscription is the only line item. Stripe processing fees apply to deposits at standard card rates.
Honest notes on pricing
These three tiers are explicitly under test. We are running the Founding tier to prove willingness-to-pay at field-software price points; we are running Crew to test whether multi-truck operators want per-truck or per-operator billing; we are running Annual to test commitment from operators who close on the porch reliably. Prices may move once we have data from the first hundred operators. Founding pricing is locked for life for the first hundred who sign up — that is the one commitment we are willing to make before the data lands.
